Fix issue in the Configuration Proxy where it was looking for incorrect files in the global configuration sources.

Fix issue in the Security Server where subsystems described in global groups on the Central Server were not allowed access to services even though they were in the list.

Fix issue in the Security Server where the operational_data ID sequence was not correctly growing.

Fix

Fix issue in the Security Server where the Add Client wizard would sometimes break.

XRDDEV-2569

Fix

Fix issue in the Security Server where it was not possible to delete a client if its registration request had been denied on the Central Server.

XRDDEV-2582

Fix

Fix issue in the Security Server and Central Server API-s, where a session was created even when using the API key. This resulted in clients not explicitly ignoring cookies to be unable to send more than one request to the server before getting an authentication error.

Fix

Fix issue in the Security Server where the signer would lose connection to the HSM after a certain period of time.
