Fix a problem causing service provider host selection to fail if one of the host addresses is syntactically invalid. Before the version 6.22.1 service provider host selection failed on the consumer side Security Server if one the provider side Security Server host addresses was syntactically invalid. The selection failed even if there was a valid provider side Security Server host address in addition to the invalid one. This caused all the request to that provider side Security Server to fail. Starting from version 6.22.1 syntactically invalid addresses are ignored, and a valid address is used if available.
