Fix an issue with the Central Server restore feature when an external database cluster with multiple nodes is used. The Central Server chose the first listed PostgreSQL database cluster node instead of the primary node when restoring configuration from a backup.

Fix a memory leak in the message log archiver process (xroad-addon-messagelog) on the Security Server.
