Specifying the minimum version that the Security Server can communicate with

Currently, the Security Server logs a warning when it's communicating with an old version of the Security Server. In version 7.4.0, a new configuration property will be added that enables configuring the minimum supported client version on the provider side Security Server. The property enables service providers to configure a minimum client Security Server version that's required to consume their services.

By default, the configuration property doesn't have any value set which means that there's no minimum version configured and all the client Security Server versions are supported. Service providers may define the value locally or the minimum supported version can be set per X-Road ecosystem using the country-specific meta packages. In case of using the meta packages for setting a country-specific default value, service providers may still override the value locally. In both cases, the value is static and changing it requires updating the country-specific meta packages and/or the local configuration file.
