Summary

Add support for Ubuntu 24.04 LTS and drop support for Ubuntu 20.04 LTS.
Bump the minimum required Python version to 3.10 for all released modules.
Updated the suggested MongoDB versions to 7.0 on Ubuntu 22.04 and 8.0 on Ubuntu 24.04.
Add support for PostgreSQL 15 and later in the Opendata and Anonymizer modules, including the required schema permission handling for newer PostgreSQL versions.
Add a new srcServer field to the Collector/Corrector MongoDB pipeline so collected and corrected messages retain the origin Security Server information.
Update Python dependencies across the released modules.
Enable non-interactive installation and upgrade of Shiny Server for the Networking module.
Update Shiny server version in the installer script.
