Summary

Restore support for the restPath field. The restPath field is now only included if the X-Road version of the Security Server providing the data is 7.6.2 or greater due to issues with the earlier implementation.
Reverted change to the daily_logs endpoint, it will remain as NDJSON for easier parsing of large datasets.

OPMONDEV-196	Fix	Re-introduce support for the `restPath` field, now considering the minimum X-Road version to allow displaying the results. The results are displayed only if the source Security Server version is 7.6.2 or later.
